To ensure a seamless and comfortable experience, our team is pleased to assist with guidance on transportation and thoughtfully selected local accommodations to suit a range of needs and preferences. Out of Town Patients
Location
Our state-of-the-art AAAASF facility is centrally located in Bluffton, SC, just off of Hilton Head Island and only 25 minutes from Savannah, GA in the heart of the Lowcountry.
Transportation
We can arrange a driver to pick you up from the airport, take you to and from your private cottage and our state-of-the-art AAAASF facility throughout your stay.
Accommodations
We will work closely with you to arrange accommodations that best support your comfort, privacy, and healing experience. Local options may include premier properties such as Old Town Bluffton Inn and Montage Palmetto Bluff, offering exceptional hospitality and an elevated home-away-from-home experience. Specific properties and accommodations are subject to availability.
At Old Town Bluffton Inn, you can experience a legacy of genuine hospitality, exceptional elegance, and Southern charm in the heart of the Lowcountry. When available, a personal shopper may be arranged during your stay, and pre-arranged meals may be delivered directly to your room each day. We will do our best to coordinate the details of your stay to create a comfortable and restorative home away from home.

At Montage Palmetto Bluff, you may enjoy a private River View Cottage surrounded by Lowcountry luxury. When available, meals may be catered and delivered directly to your room, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable and restorative environment. We will make every effort to coordinate services that support your healing—mind, body, and spirit.

Post Surgical Care
Post-surgical care may include visits from a home health nurse at your private cottage, as well as post-operative follow-up visits with Frederick G. Weniger, MD, MBA, FACS. Our goal is to provide personalized support and attentive care throughout your recovery.

Following your consultation, we will provide a customized proposal outlining the recommended services and accommodations, along with a comprehensive price for your surgery and stay.
Getting Started
A consultation is required prior to surgery to discuss your goals, determine your individual needs, and develop the appropriate surgical plan. We offer two consultation options: an in-office consultation at our state-of-the-art AAAASF-accredited facility in the Lowcountry or a virtual consultation to discuss your goals, desires, and surgical options.
In-Office Consultation
If you would like to travel to the Lowcountry for an in-office consultation, we are happy to assist with coordinating your stay through our personal concierge service. Accommodations, including options such as Montage Palmetto Bluff, are subject to availability.
Following your in-office consultation, your surgery can be scheduled for the day after your return to the Lowcountry for your procedure, as appropriate based on your individualized surgical plan and scheduling availability.
Virtual Consultation
Consultations are required prior to any surgery to determine what is needed to achieve your goals. We offer two different options for your consultation. You may come visit the Lowcountry and meet our team at our state-of-the-art AAAASF facility, or schedule a virtual consultation where we can discuss your desires and surgical options.
If you would like to travel to the Lowcountry for an in-office consultation, we are happy to assist in arranging your stay at the Montage Palmetto Bluff resort through our personal concierge service, subject to availability. With an in-office consultation, your surgery will be scheduled for the day after you arrive back in the Lowcountry for your procedure, based on scheduling and surgical availability.
If you choose a Virtual Consultation, please complete the form below. This process does require an in-office consultation on the day after you arrive in the Lowcountry, followed by surgery the day after your in-office consultation.
