This patient is a 39 year old lady from the Bluffton area. She has concern with her breasts, she wanted her breasts larger, more cleavage, and more fullness to the top of her breasts. Even though the patient has 2 children that she did breast feed, her nipples are not low and she did not develop much loose skin. To achieve the look she desired we performed a breast augmentation. Along with the breast augmentation we did a nipple reduction.
