38yr old lady wanted a little fuller breasts using her own fat not breast implants. She also wanted to do lipo to the abdomen, flanks, sides of breasts, axilla, and inner thigh, which we used to graft into the breasts. This patient had an abdominoplasty in the past and she had a little skin laxity near her scar so during the surgery we also removed a small amount of skin along her current scar.
