This lady in her 20s had concerns with her abdomen after having three children and she also wanted more volume in her buttocks. Since she had loose skin to her abdomen we had to perform an abdominoplasty. We also performed liposuction to her back and used the fat from her abdomen and back to inject into her buttocks to give her more volume
