This 64 year old patient has several concerns. She would like her breasts smaller and the loose skin to her upper abdomen and back treated. She currently has breast implants and had a breast lift in the past. We removed her breasts implants and performed another breast lift. To give her a little some breast volume after removing the implants we fat grafted the breast. We also performed an Upper Bodylift to treat the skin laxity to the upper abdomen and back.
