This lady is 64 years old and is from the Beaufort area who has a several concerns. She would like her breasts smaller and the loose skin to her upper abdomen and back treated. She currently has breast implants and had a breast lift in the past. We removed her breasts implants and performed another breast lift. To give her a little some breast volume after removing the implants we fat grafted the breast. We also performed an Upper Bodylift to treat the skin laxity to the upper abdomen and back.
