This lady in her early 40’s has wanted fuller breasts and flatter abdomen since having children. Since she did not have a lot of loose abdomen skin we performed a combo abdomen surgery to keep the scar low and hidden. We performed a Mini-Abdominoplasty which treated her lower abdomen and we also did a Reverse Abdominoplasty to treat the skin above the umbo. With the reverse abdominoplasty the scar is located along the bottom of the breasts. We also performed a breast augmentation with implants and liposuction to her flanks
