Accepted payment methods include major credit cards (such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), Cash or Certified Checks. We also offer financing options for qualified patients, including Patient Fi and CareCredit, which allows for flexible monthly payment plans for elective procedures.
We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for consult appointment cancellations or rescheduling to avoid forfeiting your consultation fee. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the consultation fee will be charged again for any future appointment.
Consultation fees vary depending on the type of visit. We explain this upfront when scheduling so there are no surprises.
