This 63yr old lady from the Hilton Head area had concerns with the loose skin to her neck and volume loss to her face. Since she did not have concerns with loose skin to her cheek/face area we were able to perform a long incision necklift which only focuses on the neck. Along with her necklift we did fat grafting to add volume to her face and a chemical peel to the lower lids to help the skin texture.
